Founded in 2019 by Temo Ninoshvili and Oto Tabatadze, the estate is steeped in history: nearby lie the ruins of the ancient city of Nelkarisi (2nd century BC) and the Nekresi Monastery, founded in the 6th century and still active today.

The estate features a cozy, modern hotel with eight rooms: six doubles and two triples, accommodating up to 20 guests.
